snack 10:00am
boiled egg, carrots coffee

Lunch 1:00pm
salmon, broccoli, brussel sprouts
1 tbsp almond butter with blackberries
coffee

Dinner 6:30pm
sashimi

Dinner 8:30pm
egg, salmon, broccoli
1 tbsp almond butter with strawberries
green tea
