chicken, cabbage, broccoli

1 tbsp almond butter

Dinner 3:30pm
chicken, cauliflower, cabbage
pumpkin seeds

Dinner 8:30pm
boiled egg, salmon, cabbage
1/2 banana with almond butter
green tea
