thursday at home workout

good morning!
all you fit bunnies ready to work hard??
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
1 minute skipping
20 second rest
1 minute air squats
20 second rest
1 minute press ups
2 minutes rest

Repeat 3 times.
