MY BODY TRANSFORMATION FOR marathon May 6th 2012: Day 4 WOD

Hello! I am the Fit Bunny, owner and head trainer of Fit Bunnies Fitness. My involvement in the fitness industry over the last ten years has earned me international recognition. I have had a passion for health & fitness my entire life & find it very rewarding to be able to help others reach their goals & to feel better about themselves through exercise.

I am not the stereotypical trainer you may come in contact with at a gym. I love to train & sweat (sorry glow)… but I also love to look good. I have built Fit Bunnies Fitness around three words: FUN, FIT, & FABULOUS! - because that is who you are! I am a passionate and committed trainer, with an unique personable style & dedicated to all Fit Bunny clients.

I have 14 weeks until my first marathon. I have decided to follow the workout 'Paleo/Zone Eating Program' from the book '4 Hour Body'. Although written and designed for males, I as a female have decided to take on the challenge!
