27 days to marathon: TRAINING PART 1 & 2

7 rounds
2:30 seconds on clock
run 400 meters
AMRAP pull ups (18, 15, 14, 13, 13, 12, 10)
rest 60 seconds after each round

4 x 10 ghd sit ups

10 x 200m rower
rest 1:15 seconds in between each round

Finish: 100 double unders
