breakfast 7:00am
porridge with phytoberry and 1/2 banana
protein shake
coffee

Snack 9:00am
salmon and cabbage

Lunch 11:00am
salmon, cabbage, broccoli 1/2 sweet potato
1 tbsp almond butter with strawberries

Dinner 4:00pm
chicken and vegetable stirfry

Snack 7:30pm
egg, salmon and broccoli
protein shake
green tea
