25 days to marathon: training log PART 1 & 2

shoulder press @ 75lbs
3, 3, 1, 1, 1 resting 1:20 seconds in between

5 rounds for time, resting 3 minutes in between each round

20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 air squats

Round 1: 3:32
Round 2: 3:57
Round 3: 4:02
Round 4: 4:10
Round 5: 4:04

Pilates Class 1 hour
