Pilates foundations: matwork 1 hour

4 rounds 5 minutes: resting 3 minutes in between sets

5:00 minutes all out on bike
rest 3 minutes
5:00 on rower 1352 meters
rest 3 minutes
5:00 minutes all out on bike
rest 3 minutes
5:00 on rower 1409 meter
