30 days to marathon: food log

breakfast 7:00am
porridge with phytoberry and 1/2 banana / strawberries
protein shake
coffee

Lunch 11:00am
turkey mince, cabbage, broccoli
1 tbsp almond butter with strawberry
tea

Dinner 4:00pm
salmon, boc choi, mushroom and cauliflower
pumpkin seeds

Dinner 8:30pm
salmon, boiled egg, cabbage
1 tbsp almond butter 1/2 banana and strawberries
green tea
