Speed Work
Treadmill too slow.. wouldnt go any quicker!
5 x 400m rest 30 seconds
12.0km

double under practise

Deadlifts 8 x 1 @165

rest 10 minutes

Front Squat @ 90lbs
5 on the minute for 5 minutes

3 x 15 GHD
ab ripper x
