10 sets of 10 resting 60 seconds in between

10 thrusters @ 65 pounds
10 chest to bar with band

1 hour Hot Yoga Class

3 x 1 hang power cleans @ 95pounds

3 x ring push ups AMRAP resting 3 minutes in between
12, 9, 7

GHD sit ups 40
L sit hold 3 x 45 seconds
50 sit ups
